Terms and conditions

CHOICE OF FORUM

b. Exclusive remedy for any dispute arising out of these Terms is arbitration under Section 8, except as otherwise specified in applicable law.

AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement represents a final expression of the parties' agreement regarding all matters covered, including any previous discussions and negotiations between them.
